General Great show, got a Standing O for the first one!  Sorry it took so long! Remember strike tomorrow!  As soon as the show is over please hang up your costumes, and take all of your personal belongings to your car.  Then report to your assigned spots.  As soon as costumes are checked in and rooms in Tin Barn are clean, Ron will release you.   only 27 kicks 2nd show!

Next Performance/Schedule Sunday September 9th 12:30 Call and 12:35 warmups ALL are required to stay until the TD releases us.  Dressing rooms and green room cleaned and costumes checked in.

Sounds/Lights/Special FX The second footlight SR keeps falling down, it is missing a screw in the tin, I have taken bulb out until it is fixed.  Rodd, the monitors in the tinbarn are still cutting in and out (silent-LOUD silent LOUD) please take a look at your earliest convenience.  Tonight there was a spring and then a thwak on the fly rail, and a washer landed backstage with the band.  WE did a full sweep on the second rail checking on all of the weight carriers and a full sweep on the fly rail proper.  At first we just thought batman was present, but then we ascertained that the washer came from the seating for the mic receivers.  But would love for someone to do a check just in case.

Facility The channel SL that houses the aisle light cord has fallen down, the connector is completely out of the wall.  Lost a tent today.  We are now down to one rain tent…  that will soon also be out of commission.
