General Good Show!  Small but appreciative audience.  A little quiet all, project!  Saturday the 8th, we will have a BBQ!  Need a second grill if anyone has one that is transportable.  We'll provide the meat and some fixin's please bring a salad, or side to share.

Sounds/Lights/Special FX Thanks The second footlight SR keeps falling down, it is missing a screw in the tin, I have taken bulb out until it is fixed.  Bottom SR tree light (lights the feet for the ballet) is out of focus, will try to refocus tomorrow.

Facility The channel SL that houses the aisle light cord has fallen down, the connector is completely out of the wall.  Lost a tent today.  We are now down to one rain tent…

Accident/Incident Actor was tripped during the first act and fell on tailbone, nothing serious, as of yet, but was very painful.

General Good show, the pacing line wise was a bit fast, the audience couldn't keep up with it.  Good energy though!

General Thanks for keeping the energy up, two really great shows today, projection was consistent through both shows! Good shows!  Rained heavily.  50% chance of rain tomorrow, with a high temp so tomorrow plan on muggy and gross, with a possibility for the need of an ark.

Music Thanks so much for holding for the rain, super helpful!  Thanks also for helping us through  a lot of the music preshow, it's so helpful.  You are all awesome!

Actors   I know as dancers you are always know exactly how and where your body should be at all times, and are self evaluating all of the time.  But as singers and actors, when you are evaluating, you cut off the audience, because you are not in the moment.  You are not giving the entirety of range because you are too busy critiquing yourself.  You have got this, let yourself be in the moment so that you can make that connection that is so pivotal to this show.  "The audience is more interested and loves you more if they see you are off balance on edge, than if you are just wonderful, secure, charming, fun boring people."   "As dancers, you know you are taking a big chance dancing without first warming up your body. . ."  If you are at the theater and warm ups are occurring, there is no reason for you not to be on stage,  that should be your first priority!    Marking is always a slippery slope, it is sometimes more dangerous vocally and physically to mark because you are more careful more focused full out.  I know that you have to save it for the show, but really concentrate when you are marking so as not to damage your voice or your body, and so that your muscle memory can get the feel of a full out so that is what it remembers, and not the marking.
