| General Worked musical trouble spots then ran show. Run time is two hours seven minutes. Remember party on Friday night! patrons get to mingle and meet you and celebrate the show! Food provided by the guild, but drinks are up to you so please bring a beverage and some to share (beer wine soda water) We're getting there guys! We have a show. hope you get some rest! |
| Next Rehearsal/Schedule Thursday Aug 9th 2012 Main Stage PREVIEW You can invite friends and family but NO ANNOUNCEMENTS ON FACEBOOK. Also, make sure to tell them it is still a working rehearsal. We'll shoot to start the show at 8:00 6:00- to when done 6:10 physical warm ups Costumes and tech. Need to run the costume change.
Show schedule will be 6:00 call 6:15 physical warm up 6:45 vocals 6:52 any formation trouble shooting. |

| Costumes I doubt you will remember this, but…on the cast agreement I talked about a trash schedule… Everyone is assigned a time to take out the trash in a dressing room or bathroom, the schedule is on the wall. If they don't get taken out, it's possible that there will be vermin in the dressing rooms, yuck. Speaking of cleanliness, HANG up you costumes at the end of the night and straiten your area, no one is here to do it for you. Al's costume was missing tonight??? Wasn't in washer backstage, green room etc., etc,. help? Can we replace bow tie snaps with Velcro? Please and thanks Al doesn't have a jacket Something happened to Ismael's vest Three boys didn't have shoes, well two and half. |

| Actors Jill/Celeste can you guys strike the stool before bows please? Thanks. Sarah, was the "spotting" light better? Please don't take costumes home, they will be washed during the week. (There are very specific washing instructions) If you are worried about smell before this coming week you can spray them with water and vodka, there is some on premises. (one for costume, one for me, one for costume…) |
