General EVERYONE NEEDS TO SIGN THE CAST AGREEMENT!!! Music Rehearsal, opener and One. Bringing back 1975.  Bring research to put up.

Next Rehearsal/Schedule Thursday July 12th, 7:00-10:00 We will do thirty minute warm up EVERY Rehearsal Vocal rehearsal focusing on the Opening number vocally Danny and Rocker will pull soloists to work at PEPC

Sounds/Lights/Special FX Four boom or area mics at front of stage, solos and songs blocked so that these mics can pick up vocals No personal mics.    Should we keep the footlights from Annie Get Your Gun?

Costumes

Facility Have been using the bathrooms at PEPC as the pipe broke again, Mainstream came yesterday, looked at it and left.  Need to paint floor with porch and floor so someone doesn't hurt themselves slipping.  Jessie will research and do asap.  Have some left over from PEPC.  Would like to use that.

Actors   Will need bio's and headshots by 7/21 If you sent me a headshot before auditions don't send again, unless you would like another photo shown.  Bio's 100 words or less.  WE WILL CUT WITHOUT ASKING IF NECESSARY. Need three more guys.  We know you are concerned about performances and who gets what shows.  We need you to be patient while we find the group dynamic and balance.  There are decisions that need to be made between vocals and dance.  If you have questions bring them to Jessie, if she can't answer she will take them to the Artistic Director/Producer Mary Ellen.   Please give us at least til the end of next week to find the vocal and dance balance we need, before we produce a schedule.  Also, the schedule will be contingent upon any accidents that may occur in performances.  In the case of a injury for a performance the schedule will be moot.
