General EVERYONE NEEDS TO SIGN THE CAST AGREEMENT!!! Thanks Abby for the formation notes, they will be included on Drop box y'all! Dance rehearsal, entire opening number.  Way to go all.  Vocals: worked Dance 10 looks 3, Nothing, Music in the Mirror, I can do that. EMAIL ME ABOUT your availability for Monday's and Fridays. Also, would like to start at 6:30, we know some of you may have a hard time with that so we can work trouble spots and solo's from 6:30-7:00 Rehearsals on Saturday's Sunday's are going to start at 12:00 pm

Next Rehearsal/Schedule Sunday July 15th, 12:00-5:00 We will do thirty minute warm up EVERY Rehearsal Dance

Set Numbers on front of stage need to be white.

Props would like rehearsal numbers soon.  From Danny or Rocker need to know specs.  as soon as you give specs we'll have props.

Sounds/Lights/Special FX Four boom or area mics at front of stage, solos and songs blocked so that these mics can pick up vocals No personal mics.    Should we keep the footlights from Annie Get Your Gun?

Actors   If you have Dance bags we can use for the show, we would appreciate it if you could bring them so we could see them, they should be dark, no patterns.  If you would like to rehearse at Danny and Rockers home, email Rocker Will need bio's and headshots by 7/21 If you sent me a headshot before auditions don't send again, unless you would like another photo shown.  Bio's 100 words or less.  WE WILL CUT WITHOUT ASKING IF NECESSARY. Men: don't do anything with your hair until you get the okay from Danny and Rocker!!! All of you: we will get costumes from very nice people in Pittsburg we need to send them back in as good of condition as we get them.  Need three more guys.  We know you are concerned about performances and who gets what shows.  We need you to be patient while we find the group dynamic and balance.  There are decisions that need to be made between vocals and dance.  If you have questions bring them to Jessie, if she can't answer she will take them to the Artistic Director/Producer Mary Ellen.   Please give us at least til the end of next week to find the vocal and dance balance we need, before we produce a schedule.  Also, the schedule will be contingent upon any accidents that may occur in performances.  In the case of a injury for a performance the schedule will be moot.
